Job Summary

Own end-to-end ecommerce marketing content and campaign workflows, from creative production through customer journeys and performance testing across email, SMS and ads.

Content & Campaigns: Plan and produce engaging content, testimonials and demonstrations that fuel both acquisition and retention.
Automation & Personalisation: Build customer journeys and automations with segmentation to drive cross-sell, upsell, and win-back programs.
Measurement & Optimisation: Monitor multi-channel performance, analyze buying patterns, and translate data into actionable tests and improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Planning, filming and creating engaging marketing content.
Producing customer testimonials, product demonstrations and educational videos.
Helping create advertising content across our brands.
Writing engaging emails, landing pages and promotional copy.
Working with the team to develop fresh creative ideas and campaigns.
Building a growing library of content that supports both customer acquisition and customer retention.
Planning and delivering email, SMS and direct mail campaigns.
Building customer journeys and marketing automations.
Developing cross-sell, upsell and replenishment campaigns.
Creating win-back campaigns for customers who haven't ordered for a while.
