Responsibilities

• Own the CRM/lifecycle calendar and campaign delivery across email and SMS
• Build and optimise lifecycle journeys — welcome, win-back, repeat purchase and more
• Run A/B tests and use the results to keep improving performance
• Own our CRM reporting dashboard and report on retention and repeat purchase
• Work closely with paid media and ecommerce to keep retention aligned with the wider business

Requirements

• 3–6 years in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing
• Hands-on ESP experience (Klaviyo preferred)
• A background in ecommerce, subscription or repeat-purchase retail
• Genuine curiosity about what drives retention, not just campaign delivery
• Fluent in English

Preferred

• Klaviyo experience specifically
• Experience contributing to testing roadmaps or lifecycle strategy documentation
• Exposure to working alongside paid media and ecommerce teams
