Brief, build and manage CRM campaigns from concept to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery.
Execute thorough QA processes to deliver accurate, error-free campaigns and distribution.
Strong CRM platform user, designing efficient journeys and personalised communications (e.g. Braze, Bloomreach, Hightouch, Tealium).
Understand customer data structures and apply segmentation to target relevant audiences effectively.
Build campaign reports and analyse performance to generate actionable insights and optimise future activity.
