Own HubSpot governance and data-driven client engagement, turning CRM data into actionable insight and adoption across the firm.
- CRM governance: admin, configuration, integrations, data quality, and GDPR compliance.
- Insight & adoption: dashboards, reporting, training, and cross-functional support to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Platform improvement: monitor updates, implement new features, and enable scalable processes across the business.
