Responsibilities

Manage and execute end-to-end ad creation, from initial hook concepts to final high-performing assets across Meta, Google and other paid channels
Direct and write high-converting, direct response copywriting across all paid channels
Brief designers and video editors, and manage the full creative production workflow
Research competition and market trends continuously to keep our creative edge sharp
Build and iterate on creative assets that directly support aggressive growth and scaling goals
Partner closely with the marketing team to align creative output with revenue targets
Continuously A/B test, analyze data, and optimize creatives based on hard performance metrics, turning insights into the next winning iteration

Requirements

The candidate has held the job title Creative Director or its equivalent.
The candidate has successfully scaled multiple brands to at least multiple 7 figures per month through creative strategy.
The candidate is deeply well-versed in direct response marketing and current advertising trends.
The candidate has experience working closely with media buyers to iterate rapidly on creative tests.
The candidate is a hands-on operator who can write compelling copy and direct visual creation.
The candidate understands how to research competitors and turn insights into winning ads.
The candidate understands data metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates to dictate creative decisions.
The candidate has a background in high growth Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), consumer tech, or premium hardware.
The candidate previously operated as a lead creative in a fast-moving, aggressive growth environment.
