Own end-to-end production of creative content across shoots and product imagery, translating briefs into production plans, coordinating teams and budgets, and delivering on-brand assets for e-commerce and campaigns.

  • Lead production planning, scheduling, and on-site execution across photos, video, and packaging.
  • Manage creative briefs, asset delivery, and post-production (editing, retouching, colour) to ensure on-brand results.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams, vendors, and locations to meet timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end production of creative content including photoshoots, video shoots, and product content including packaging and web specific imagery production.
  • Work on and refine image briefs, ensuring clarity of creative direction and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Translate campaign briefs into clear production plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to deliver creative projects efficiently
  • Manage shoot production schedules for seasonal campaigns, product launches, packaging and brand initiatives.
  • Organise and produce studio and location shoots (both internal and external), including:
  • Casting talent (chefs, models, creators)
  • Securing locations
  • Organising and ordering internal and external products required for shoots including sourcing of food and working with our in house food expert to ensure all food is planned and delivered/cooked
  • Take ownership of running shoot timings, ensuring production stays on schedule and adapts efficiently to changes.
  • Oversee shoot days to ensure smooth execution and high-quality results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in creative production, content production, or campaign production.
  • Experience producing photo and video shoots for brands, e-commerce, or lifestyle content.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience working from and contributing to image briefs and creative planning documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in food, lifestyle, homeware, or retail brands
  • Understanding of e-commerce content production workflows
  • Familiarity with creative production tools and project management platforms
  • Knowledge of social media content formats and trends
