7+ years in social and creative, with senior creative ownership on a premium global brand.
A portfolio that proves you can make luxury or hospitality social that stops the scroll and still respects the brand.
A genuinely social-first instinct. You think in platforms, formats, and culture, not repurposed campaign assets.
The ability to lead and elevate a team, not just produce great work yourself.
Comfort holding the creative standard while moving at the pace of an always-on account shipping up to 50 assets a month.

Preferred

Hands-on craft (art direction, motion sensibility, editing eye) that lets you prototype an idea, not just describe it.
Experience directing creators or working within a creator network.
Multi-market sensitivity: creative that lands in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
