Responsibilities

• Film founder and behind-the-scenes content for PE → POWDER
• Turn real company-building moments into short-form Instagram and TikTok content
• Edit Reels and short-form video, primarily in CapCut or equivalent
• Help develop repeatable content formats and hooks
• Capture and organise a reusable library of founder, product and company footage
• Help create and publish content for the PAUSE VII social channels
• Format and publish approved PE → POWDER Substack articles and Notes
• Potentially help with simple PAUSE VII LinkedIn and company updates
• Add captions, music, simple graphics and sound design where appropriate
• Schedule and publish approved content

Requirements

• We care substantially more about taste and output than formal experience.
• Extremely online, and genuinely understands Instagram, TikTok and internet culture
• Strong creative taste
• Understands why a simple 8-second video can be better than an overproduced 60-second one
• Can film good-looking footage quickly on a phone
• Can edit short-form video efficiently in CapCut or equivalent
• Understands comedic timing
• Can tell the difference between native social content and corporate social media content
• Interested in consumer brands, health and wellness, beauty, fashion, culture or startups
• Comfortable working directly with a founder
