Job Summary

Own the visuals engine for the business by producing on-brand photography, videography, and drone content that feeds campaigns, product launches, and internal comms.

  • Content Production: Own all shoot planning, product imagery, on-site content, promotional videos, and drone work where qualified.
  • Campaign Support: Deliver visual content to marketing campaigns and social briefs, aligning with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Workflow & Travel: Manage shoot schedules and UK travel across sites/events to keep assets flowing with fast turnarounds.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the go-to person for all photography and videography across the business
  • Capturing product imagery
  • On-site project content
  • Promotional and campaign videos
  • Training and internal content
  • Social media footage (filming only – not full content creation)
  • Travelling across the UK to visit sites, depots, and events
  • Working closely with Marketing to support campaigns with relevant visual content
  • Managing your own workload, timelines, and shoot schedules
  • Ensuring all content aligns with brand style and messaging

Requirements

  • Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required)
  • Confident using DSLR cameras, GoPros, and audio equipment
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to manage your own time and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working at pace and turning around content quickly
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

Preferred

  • Experience capturing content for paid social / Meta ads
  • Drone experience / licence
  • Familiarity with Monday.com
