Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and grow First Weber’s corporate social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
Produce original content: short-form video, photos, stories, reels, and graphics.
Develop monthly content calendars and platform-specific strategies.
Write captions and messaging that reflect the First Weber brand voice.
Support agents with coaching, scripts, ideas, and simple on-site content sessions.
Create easy tools and templates to help agents elevate their own content.
Track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Support paid social efforts: boosting, targeting basics, and ad-ready content.
Partner with marketing leadership to maintain message consistency and brand standards.
Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field; or equivalent experience.
Proven experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
Strong creator skills: shooting, editing, and producing social-ready content.
Confident writer with a modern, relatable voice.
Comfortable working with agents and guiding on-camera presence.
Ability to operate independently, stay organized, and deliver quickly.
Strong awareness of social trends and platform best practices.
Experience with paid social and ad platforms a plus.
Strong computer skills and business acumen.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
