Lead social content production for Kirta Academy, turning educational recordings into engaging Instagram/Facebook assets while keeping a consistent brand voice across programs.

  • Content creation and scheduling: manage posts, calendars, and launches across platforms.
  • Video editing and short-form content: produce reels and educational graphics from existing materials.
  • Asset repurposing and media organization: convert webinars into multiple content assets and maintain libraries.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook
  • Edit and produce short-form video content and reels
  • Develop carousel posts and educational graphics
  • Write captions that reflect the academy's voice and values
  • Repurpose webinars and training sessions into multiple content assets
  • Support content planning around launches, seasonal themes and academy events
  • Organise media assets and content libraries
  • Assist in generating ideas for email content from existing educational materials
  • Maintain consistency across all academy brands and programmes

Requirements

  • Highly organised and able to work independently
  • Strong social media and content creation experience
  • Excellent written English
  • Comfortable working from existing recordings and materials
  • Ability to manage deadlines and content calendars effectively

  • Canva proficiency
  • Video editing experience
  • Kajabi experience
  • Access to and proficiency with your own social media scheduling software
