Job Summary

Own the visual identity for a fashion-forward brand, shaping content across all channels with end-to-end production, from shoots to published content, while steering calendar-driven output and data-informed refinement.

  • Brand Content Strategy: Own the direction and alignment with product launches and brand moments.
  • Content Creation & Shooting: Lead as the primary shooter for high-quality photo and video content.
  • Content Planning & Optimization: Build a calendar, coordinate external creatives, and analyze performance to continually improve results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the brand content strategy - setting a clear direction for how Condition shows up across all channels
  • Plan, produce, and execute photo and video shoots end-to-end, from concepting through to delivery
  • Operate as the primary shooter on shoots, capturing both photo and video content to a professional standard
  • Build and manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent output across all platforms
  • Collaborate closely with the wider team to ensure content aligns with product launches, campaigns, and brand moments
  • Brief and coordinate external creatives (photographers, videographers, editors) when additional resource is needed
  • Analyse content performance and use data to continually refine and improve the strategy
  • Stay ahead of content trends and platform behaviour to keep Condition's output fresh and relevant

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a content, creative, or marketing role - ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or a consumer brand
  • Hands-on experience with photography and videography - you're confident picking up a camera and producing polished content independently
  • A strong creative eye and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling visual content
  • Experience developing content strategies and working to a structured content calendar
  • Proficiency in editing software - Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
  • A self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify creative decisions

Preferred

  • Experience shooting and directing talent on set
  • Knowledge of short-form video and platform-native content (Reels, TikTok)
  • An existing portfolio of brand or editorial work
