Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating engaging website content, including category pages, product descriptions, landing pages and promotional copy.
  • Writing informative blog articles that educate, inspire and drive organic traffic.
  • Optimising existing website content through keyword research, internal linking, metadata improvements and content enhancements.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of our content strategy alongside the wider marketing team.
  • Researching keywords, competitor activity and search trends to identify new content opportunities.
  • Working alongside our external agencies to help execute campaigns and maximise organic performance.
  • Supporting new product launches, seasonal campaigns and wider marketing initiatives with compelling content.
  • Managing content schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Monitoring performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEMrush.
  • Reporting on content performance and suggesting opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a content marketing or copywriting role, ideally around two years.
  • Excellent written English with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working with a CMS such as Shopify, WordPress or an equivalent platform.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.

Preferred

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or a related subject is advantageous but not required.
