Produce and edit short-form videos in-house and on-brand
Drive community engagement, trend spotting, and cross‑platform repurposing

Responsibilities

Own the TikTok content plan and posting calendar, in line with launches and campaigns
Plan, film and edit short-form video in-house: styling, try-ons, behind the scenes, studio life, trends and launches
Appear on camera regularly as a voice of the brand
Work with the creative team and freelancers on bigger shoots and edits
Spot and act on trends, sounds and formats fast
Community management on TikTok: comments, duets, stitches and replies
Track performance weekly (views, watch time, saves, shares, follower growth) and adjust
Repurpose TikTok content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Support TikTok Shop and live shopping if you plan to open it
Cover in-store, event and IRL activation content

Requirements

Experience creating TikTok content for a brand or your own channel, with examples that performed
Confident and natural on camera
Strong phone filming and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
Obsessed with fashion, footwear and internet culture
Fast-moving, organised and happy to create every day
