Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a Content Creator at Zest within Sainsbury's in-house creative agency, you will be tasked with developing disruptive, engaging, and platform-native social content that resonates with the target audience and enhances brand visibility across key channels, primarily focusing on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Your role will involve attending briefings, identifying creative opportunities, creating storyboards and shot lists, and collaborating closely with internal teams to bring content ideas to life quickly and effectively.
  • Additionally, you will shoot and edit high-quality social-first content on iPhone, ensuring that the content aligns with Sainsbury's tone of voice, fits each platform, and resonates with the audience.
  • Your role will also involve staying informed about cultural, social, and tech trends to apply them to creative ideation and maximise reach and impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating engaging short-form social content across major platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
  • A portfolio demonstrating content creation, iPhone shooting, lo-fi capture and short-form editing.
  • Experience developing content ideas, storyboards, shot lists, reference packs and simple treatment documents.
  • Experience using iPhone, CapCut and other social editing tools to create polished, platform-native content.
