Job Summary
Own end-to-end content creation workflow for social accounts, from shoots to edits and client-ready deliverables, across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Platform-specific content ownership: edit and tailor videos for each channel and ensure rapid client-ready exports.
- Content production & asset management: shoot, capture behind-the-scenes material, organize libraries, and prepare assets for approval.
- Speed and quality in fast-paced environments: maintain detail, speed up review cycles, and deliver polished pieces on tight timelines.

Responsibilities
- Supporting content shoots across client accounts
- Capturing behind-the-scenes content and supporting assets
- Assisting with photography and videography
- Editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Creating platform-specific edits and content variations
- Preparing content for client approval
- Organising exports and final deliverables
- Maintaining organised content libraries
Requirements
- Strong editing skills
- Experience creating content for brands on social media
- Hands-on experience filming with a DSLR or mirrorless camera, this isn’t a phone-only role
- Good understanding of social platforms
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation
- Positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for content creation and storytelling

- Owns a DSLR or mirrorless camera
- Owns their own laptop
- Agency experience
