Job Summary

Own end-to-end content creation workflow for social accounts, from shoots to edits and client-ready deliverables, across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Platform-specific content ownership: edit and tailor videos for each channel and ensure rapid client-ready exports.
Content production & asset management: shoot, capture behind-the-scenes material, organize libraries, and prepare assets for approval.
Speed and quality in fast-paced environments: maintain detail, speed up review cycles, and deliver polished pieces on tight timelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Supporting content shoots across client accounts
Capturing behind-the-scenes content and supporting assets
Assisting with photography and videography
Editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
Creating platform-specific edits and content variations
Preparing content for client approval
Organising exports and final deliverables
Maintaining organised content libraries

Requirements

Strong editing skills
Experience creating content for brands on social media
Hands-on experience filming with a DSLR or mirrorless camera, this isn’t a phone-only role
Good understanding of social platforms
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisation
Positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Passion for content creation and storytelling

Owns a DSLR or mirrorless camera
Owns their own laptop
