Own a social content engine for boohooMAN, turning trends into on-brand posts for TikTok and Instagram and turning performance data into faster creative decisions.
- Own content creation and calendar planning for social channels, including shoots and influencer activations.
- Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to maximize output and align with campaigns and culture moments.
- Monitor performance and turn insights into iteration across content and distribution for a youth fashion audience.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging, social-first content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram and emerging channels.
- Develop creative content ideas that align with brand campaigns, product launches and cultural moments.
- Identify and react to social trends, viral moments and platform updates.
- Support the planning and execution of content calendars.
- Attend shoots, events and influencer activations to capture behind-the-scenes and real-time content opportunities.
- Work with influencers, creators and internal stakeholders to maximise content output.
- Write captions, content briefs and creative concepts that align with boohooMAN's tone of voice.
- Monitor content performance and use insights to optimise future content.
- Support community engagement and reactive social opportunities.
