Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and engage a network of video game content creators
Answer rules, guidelines, and day-to-day creator questions
Communicate campaign updates and key information clearly
Recruit, onboard, and support creators in ongoing programs
Track deliverables and monitor campaign progress
Organize creator activities or online events
Collaborate with marketing and content teams

Requirements

Experience in creator, community, or influencer management
Familiar with video games, esports, and social platforms
Strong communication and coordination skills
Organized and comfortable working in a remote environment
Native-level Russian required
Video game or esports industry experience preferred

Preferred

Fluent in English or Chinese (both preferred)
