Responsibilities

Enrich and grow Francis Mercier’s online community with dynamic, engaging, and creative ideas
Act as a key point of interaction between Francis and fans across social platforms
Capture on-the-ground content at shows, festivals, and events (crowd moments, backstage, on-stage, etc.)
Stay ahead of emerging social media trends and new viral formats to drive growth
Collaborate with the artist team on content direction, storytelling, and brand voice
Develop and contribute to content calendars, fan engagement strategies, and campaign ideas
Provide timely follow-up, updates, and communication across internal teams
Assist with various online community management tasks as needed

Requirements

Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging digital platforms
Strong awareness of current viral trends, formats, and online culture
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly enthusiastic, proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented
Candidate must have the ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced organization and manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
Strong creative instincts and passion for storytelling
Interest in music, events, or digital marketing
Ability to attend shows and capture content when needed

Experience in community management or social media (preferred but not required if skills and passion are strong)
