Job Summary

Own trust-wide messaging and internal/external communications with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and safeguarding. Coordinate with the CSO and school network to keep staff aligned, while pushing brand and community impact through digital channels and timely external updates.

  • External communications: promote values, school work, and local impact to communities.
  • Digital channels ownership: manage web and social deadlines with inclusive messaging aligned to Trust priorities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help tell the story of a Trust transforming lives through education
  • You’ll be the engine behind high-quality internal communications, helping colleagues across our trust stay informed, aligned and connected, while also supporting external communications that promote our brand, values and work in local communities.
  • You’ll work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and colleagues across schools and central teams, building positive relationships and supporting joined-up communication across the trust.
  • Experience managing digital channels (web and social) and meeting multiple deadlines.
  • What we’re looking for—experience in a communications/marketing/media/PR role, with strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • - Hybrid with regular attendance at trust offices and travel to schools as required.
  • You’ll help ensure messaging is accurate, timely, inclusive and aligned with Trust priorities and values.
