Job Description

Responsibilities

Supporting plant objectives in creation of videos, articles and materials – with validation of information through interaction with employees and Communications Team.
Build on campaigns with creative writing, videography and photography to support journey to engage and create sense of Volvo Family
Collaborate with Communications team, business teams and plant personal to accent/inspire positive Volvo cultural for better business results.
Create and optimize engaging content by assisting, developing and creating media content
Utilize MicroSoft bundles: Indesign, production software, basic knowledge of systems including PCs, photography, video and plasmas, printing and production of signs and banners.

Requirements

Applicants must be pursuing a business, marketing, or communication degree at an accredited school and have completed 30 semester hours prior to the start of the internship program.
Minimum GPA of 2.75.
Spring interns may work up to 30 hours per week
Willingness to work with a cross representation of plant society
Willing to participate in a team environment
Desire to use personal skills with writing, photography, videography and creativity
