Job Summary

Support a small creative ops workflow in a nonprofit marketing setting by updating assets, enforcing brand standards, tracking events, and organizing the Content Repository.

Asset Management: Update and maintain marketing assets with brand-aligned consistency.
Brand & Reviews: Apply guidelines across materials and help reviewers keep deliverables top-tier.
Events & Visibility: Monitor potential events and awards to raise JED’s profile.

Responsibilities

🖼️ Asset Power-Up: Get hands-on experience supporting and updating our vibrant marketing assets.
👀 Eagle-Eye Reviews: Absorb brand guidelines and apply across reviews and assets, and assist in reviewing materials from internal teams to ensure everything we put out is top-tier.
🏆 Trend Spotting: Help us track potential events and awards to boost our brand awareness and keep JED in the spotlight.
📂 Digital Librarian: Keep our creative world organized by uploading assets to the right folders and updating our Content Repository.
