Responsibilities

• Help shape and deliver creative internal communication initiatives that bring the strategies of RWEST and the wider RWE Group to life for our employees.
• Contribute to engaging campaigns, content development and employee communications across a range of channels.
• Gain hands-on experience in the planning and delivery of events, supporting the team in creating impactful employee experiences that inform, connect and inspire colleagues across the business.
• Be part of a Buddy system for onboarding and seamless start, overlapping start dates for support.
• Take part in in-house courses and on-the-job training plus behavioural skills training with Cappfinity to harness strengths and apply learning to day-to-day role.

Requirements

• Penultimate year student in English, Communications, Media Studies, Event Management or similar degree, ideally on course to achieve a 2:1 or higher.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English.
• IT proficiency including the ability to use AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Enjoy creative thinking.
• Good collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable acting on your own initiative.
• A positive mindset and enthusiasm to try new things.
