Responsibilities

• To plan and deliver engaging internal communications that keep staff, volunteers and practitioners informed, connected and engaged.
• Working across NCT, the role shares key updates, supports major organisational activities, and brings NCT's impact to life through storytelling and case studies.
• The postholder will build strong relationships, manage competing priorities, and turn complex information into clear, engaging communications.

Requirements

• Solid experience supporting the delivery of communications, engagement or marketing activity.
• Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to edit professional content for different audiences and channels.
• Experience coordinating projects, campaigns, events or communications activity involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Confident verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across all levels of the organisation.
