Job Summary

Own the marketing engine for a commercial education/training provider, shaping recruitment, employer engagement, and brand while building a high-performing team and turning campaigns into measurable growth.

Own marketing strategy to attract apprentices, engage employers, and market Skills On-Demand with clear ROI.
Build and lead in-house team and partner with Sales, Education, Operations and People to align on goals.
Measure all campaigns and events, then present performance and commercial insight to senior leaders.

Job Description

Responsibilities

You\'ll take ownership of the organisation\'s marketing strategy, driving growth across: Apprentice recruitment; Employer engagement; Commercial training; Skills On-Demand; Brand development; Employer branding and recruitment marketing
Lead and develop a talented in-house marketing team.
Create innovative campaigns that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Build strong relationships across Sales, Education, Operations and People.
Develop recruitment marketing campaigns that help attract exceptional talent.
Introduce new ideas, challenge convention and continuously improve how we market.
Measure everything - from campaign performance through to event ROI - using data to drive smarter decisions.
Present marketing performance and commercial insight to senior leaders.

Requirements

Significant experience leading marketing within a commercial organisation.
Experience managing and developing marketing teams.
A proven track record of delivering measurable business growth.
Strong commercial awareness and experience reporting against lead generation, revenue and ROI.
Experience managing marketing budgets.
Strong digital marketing knowledge across SEO, PPC, CRM, marketing automation and analytics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience within education, apprenticeships, training, engineering, construction or technical sectors would be advantageous, but it isn\'t essential.
