Job Summary

Own the UK&I marketing plan and translate European strategy into local campaigns, coordinating multi-channel activation (SEO, email, ABM, events) and audience-led campaigns that drive commercial growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate overall business strategy into clear communications for the business
  • Develop and implement the annual UK&I marketing plan aligned with European strategy and priorities
  • Ensure marketing priorities support commercial objectives and growth targets in the UK&I
  • Identify target audiences and personas, map customer journeys to key touchpoints and decision drivers
  • Embed personas into campaign planning, channel selection, and lead-generation strategies
  • Refine value propositions by identifying local market trends and customer expectations
  • Lead activation of European campaigns using centrally developed content and assets tailored locally
  • Adapt activation plans to local market conditions and commercial priorities while staying aligned with European strategy
  • Orchestrate multi-channel marketing deployment across UK&I: SEO, email marketing and automation, lead generation, ABM, social, events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in marketing, business, or related field, however not essential with right experience. At least 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Languages: English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and activating and measuring campaign performance
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
