Own end-to-end email program management for multiple brands, from data-driven direction to ship, with a focus on retention, onboarding, and high-stakes accounts.

Growth & retention: own email performance, attribution, segmentation quality, automation, and deliverability to move revenue.
Campaign planning: build a strategic calendar across brands and ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
Trust & optimization: diagnose underperformance, monitor churn risk, onboard new brands, and align with the founder on high-stakes accounts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own email performance across your portfolio: revenue attribution, list growth, deliverability, segmentation quality, automation performance.
Build and own the campaign calendar for every brand. Planned ahead and strategic, never last minute.
Turn the data and direction from the team into campaigns and flows that drive sales and retention.
Drive our creative team, then use our Internal Hub to produce and ship at speed.
Run your own pod so the work goes out on time and at standard.
Be the strategic owner for difficult accounts, plateaus, or underperformance: diagnose, rebuild, course-correct.
Act as the trust anchor for your clients: the person they rely on when things aren’t working.
Monitor churn risk and step in before a client ever considers leaving.
Oversee onboarding for new brands so they’re set up for results from day one.
Partner with the founder on high-stakes accounts.
