Requirements

• 3–5+ years' experience in marketing, branding, content, or client account management.
• Experience developing marketing strategies and campaign plans.
• Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and audience development.
• Experience managing social media and content marketing.
• Experience coordinating photography and video production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organisational ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confidence working directly with clients and presenting ideas.
• Commercial understanding of how marketing supports business growth.

Preferred

• Experience working within an agency or creative studio environment.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, analytics, paid advertising, and email marketing.
• Experience with CRM and project management platforms.
• Photography, video, or content creation skills.
• Interest in technology and emerging creative tools.
