Job Summary

Own global brand and growth through a scalable marketing function, aligned to CEO strategy, with cross-market acquisition, lifecycle optimization, and launch enablement.

  • Own global marketing strategy, regional plans, and a high-performing team to drive growth and consistent brand across markets.
  • Partner with the CEO and execs to shape business strategy, GTM for new products, and revenue-aligned marketing KPIs.
  • Lead data-driven experimentation and reporting to optimize acquisition, conversion, retention, and LTV while communicating outcomes to the C-suite.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead Foodhub’s global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Translate company vision into clear, measurable marketing plans across all regions.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape overall business strategy and expansion plans.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global marketing organisation.
  • Own customer acquisition strategy across all markets, driving scalable and cost-effective growth.
  • Optimise performance marketing channels including paid media, SEO, app growth, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimise campaigns using data-driven insights.
  • Lead the development and execution of a strong, differentiated global brand strategy.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all markets and customer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role within a high-growth, global organisation.
  • Direct experience within the food ordering, hospitality technology, marketplace, or POS/EPOS industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, digital acquisition, and growth strategy.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling marketing functions across multiple markets.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing, globally distributed teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence at executive and board level.
  • Degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
