Responsibilities

• Strategic Ownership: Define and lead the internal marketing roadmap for Immixtus.
• Multi-Channel Direction: Set the pace for organic and paid channels, ensuring every penny and post ties to lead gen and sales outcomes.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and develop our internal marketing team and apprentices.
• Performance Oversight: Rigorously review data and course-correct campaigns in real-time.
• Executive Collaboration: Work closely with your Co-CMO and other Execs to align internal growth with our workforce capacity and client delivery standards.
• Board Reporting: Communicate marketing performance and ROI to the Executive team.

• Lean Agility: The ability to drive outsized results on a startup budget.
