Responsibilities

• Design and implement compelling marketing strategies that promote the charity’s mission and increase public engagement.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, supporters, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Manage customer relationship management (CRM) software, including Beacon, to track interactions, donations, and engagement metrics.
• Develop targeted campaigns that inspire action and secure vital support and funding.
• Provide exceptional customer service to supporters and volunteers, ensuring their experience aligns with organisational values.
• Coordinate activities to enhance the charity’s visibility in the local and broader communities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, relationship management, or fundraising within a non-profit or charitable organisation.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Demonstrated ability in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience in managing donor databases and leveraging data for targeted outreach.
• Confidence to speak to and engage with audiences to promote the charity.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships with supporters and partners.
