Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Global Campaign Development and Execution: Develop and implement global marketing campaigns that align with the company's strategic goals and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape across different regions.
  • Social Media Content Creation and Management: Create compelling and visually appealing content (written and visual) for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage a content calendar and ensure consistent posting and engagement across all channels, including monitoring and engaging for comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Email Marketing and Automation: Own email marketing from content creation to execution.
  • Utilise customer data to segment email lists and create personalised email campaigns.
  • Implement dynamic content and personalisation strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Design and manage automated email workflows, including welcome series, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Optimise workflows based on performance data and best practices.

Requirements

  • +1 year of experience in marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar is a requirement.
  • Knowledge in key areas of marketing (social media, content marketing, email marketing, event marketing, event logistics, ABM).
  • A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, social media management, and email marketing execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various social media channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks.

Preferred

  • Degree in related marketing or business field is preferred.
