Job Description

Inovalon marketing role driving multi-channel demand-gen and brand campaigns within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

Partner with business unit leadership, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders, to strategize, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs that align with corporate goals and market demands.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation and brand awareness campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, content marketing, email, social media, and paid media.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Manage campaign timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery while maximizing ROI.
Collaborate across various groups, including Product Marketing, Content Hub, Corporate Communications, social media, Sales, and other related functions to ensure messaging consistency and strategic alignment.
Think creatively to develop innovative ideas to attract and retain customers.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Optimize SEO, PPC, and paid media strategies to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
Regularly report campaign performance, insights, and ROI to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

Must be local to Atlanta or Nashville
Minimum five years of experience in marketing campaign development and execution, with strong track record in demand generation and revenue-driven marketing.
Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably with technology platforms, SaaS, or healthcare-related industries.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, measure campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
A strategic thinker with high energy, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results on time and within budget
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, or Communications, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
Travel for this position will be up to 5% domestically.
