Job Summary
Own cross-functional demand-gen initiatives, coordinating campaigns with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Services to convert inquiries into revenue, while establishing KPI-driven learnings and calendar rhythm.
- Own end-to-end campaign planning and KPI tracking.
- Foster daily cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Professional Services.
- Align campaign activity with product features and education services offerings to maximize impact.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Growth & Demand Generation: Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services to drive enquiries and revenue opportunities for the full OneFile product and services suite.
- Campaign Planning & Measurement: Manage the campaign calendar and establish KPIs to learn what works.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Daily coordination with Marketing (materials), Sales (targeting/follow up), Product Managers (features, benefits, demos), and Professional Services (to sell services effectively).
Requirements
- Education in a relevant field or relevant experience.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns digitally and face-to-face, including events.
- A proven track record of achieving impact and sales.
- Familiarity with the education sector, especially UK apprenticeships and other regulated post-16/18 qualifications.
- Action-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
