Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing campaign activity across multiple channels and projects.
  • Manage campaign schedules, timelines and workflows.
  • Support the production and trafficking of creative assets.
  • Coordinate approvals and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, asset libraries and planning tools.
  • Support budget tracking and supplier invoicing.
  • Assist with campaign reporting and post-campaign reviews.
  • Identify delivery risks and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Help ensure all campaign activity aligns with brand standards and agreed priorities.

Requirements

  • Experience in a marketing coordination, campaign support or project support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • An understanding of marketing delivery processes and communications channels.

Preferred

  • Experience working within creative, digital or marketing teams (desirable).
