Capture high-quality photo and video content at store locations and other shooting locations, highlighting our products, team members, and guest experiences
Plan shoot themes , shot lists, and content calendars
Coordinate and prepare products, equipment, props, and other elements needed for content shoots
Edit engaging short-form video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
Research and pull inspiration from TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital platforms
Create and publish approximately 10 pieces of short-form content per week
Oversee and manage the brand's TikTok presence, ensuring content remains relevant and engaging
Monitor emerging social media trends , trending audio, and viral content opportunities

Requirements

1+ years of experience creating engaging content for social media platforms specifically for food and beverage, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands
Strong on-camera presence and speaking skills, with the ability to engage audiences and authentically represent Bacio
Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, current and emerging social media trends
Experience shooting, editing, and publishing short-form video content and photography content
Proficiency with video editing software and mobile content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Understanding of UGC (User-Generated Content) style marketing and content creation
Strong visual storytelling skills with a creative eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics
Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging, on-brand captions
Familiarity with social media performance metrics and content analytics
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on location shoots
