Responsibilities

• Receive images of client business slides and accurately reconstruct them in Microsoft PowerPoint while improving clarity and visual impact.
• Enhance slide structure, visual storytelling, data visualization, and messaging flow for executive and client-facing audiences .
• Edit and refine slide content to strengthen message hierarchy, action-oriented titles, clarity, and overall narrative.
• Create a detailed change log documenting every modification made and explaining the rationale behind each decision.
• Clearly justify elements that are intentionally left unchanged.
• Critically evaluate each slide while balancing design best practices with the original content's intent, context, and audience.
• Improve the overall visual and narrative effectiveness of presentation materials without compromising the underlying message.
• Deliver each reviewed and enhanced slide together with its reasoning and change log within approximately 1–2 hours per assignment .
• Apply consistent standards for presentation quality, visual communication, and strategic messaging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience at a recognized: Advertising agency
• Holding company
• Brand consultancy
• In-house brand or marketing team at a major brand or technology company
• Proven hands-on experience creating client-facing or executive presentations , including new-business pitches, campaign reviews, strategic brand decks, or similar materials.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint , slide reconstruction, and presentation design.
• Strong expertise in visual storytelling and data visualization .
• Ability to transform complex information and data into compelling, visually engaging presentation materials.
• Strong written communication and content-editing skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical-thinking ability.

Preferred

• Experience creating presentations for C-level executives, boards, major clients, or senior stakeholders .
• Background in brand strategy, creative strategy, advertising, marketing, or communications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating executive presentation design and visual storytelling.
• Experience turning complex business or marketing data into clear visual narratives.
• Experience developing strategic brand presentations, campaign reviews, or new-business materials.
• Previous experience with AI output evaluation, AI training, or rubric development .
• Experience documenting and explaining creative or strategic decision-making.
