Job Summary

Support Jura Brand Home guests by delivering engaging tours, service in the shop, and maintaining a welcoming environment that showcases Jura’s brand story, processes, and products.

  • Guest Experience: Lead authentic distillery tours and tastings, communicating brand messages clearly.
  • Operations & Service: Greet customers, assist in the shop, set up/break down tastings, and maintain a clean, welcoming space.
  • Quality & Pride: Demonstrate passion for Jura and ensure consistent, high-level guest interactions across visits.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Brand Home Guide supports the Brand Home team to ensure that guests have the best experience possible while visiting the Jura Distillery. This includes hosting daily tours and tastings, serving customers in the shop as well as assisting in the running of the Jura Lodge.
  • Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring the best levels of service at all times.
  • Ensure all customers receive the best possible service every time they visit the Brand Home.
  • Set up and break down tastings, clean glassware and clear up after guests.
  • Lead enjoyable & authentic guided tours of the distillery delivering the key messages across brand, process, history and products.
  • Demonstrate a pride and passion for Jura Distillery & Jura Whisky.
