Build relationships and capture feedback to inform the team

Support visual merchandising and stock management

Job Description

Responsibilities

Be the brand
Start conversations, share the G&G story, and build genuine relationships with customers.
Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and authentic service that feels like us (never salesy).
Grow the community
Drive email/newsletter sign-ups and loyalty opt-ins on the shop floor.
Encourage social follows and UGC (with permission), and spotlight our latest drops and campaigns.
Gather quick customer insights/feedback and pass them to the team.
Style & sell
Offer styling tips and product advice; turn browsers into buyers while keeping the vibe positive.
Maintain strong knowledge of current collections, restocks, sizes/fit, and online exclusives.

Requirements

1+ year retail experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays as required
