Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shape and drive the Region North marketing strategy in alignment with global priorities and local market needs.
  • Translate strategic direction into clear regional priorities and execution plans.
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies across the product lifecycle, from launch readiness to mature portfolio optimization.
  • Use market intelligence, customer insights, and performance data to guide portfolio focus and marketing investment decisions.
  • Lead and coordinate regional product launches across all Region North markets.
  • Ensure strong cross-functional launch readiness and track post-launch performance.
  • Partner with market access, health economics, and reimbursement teams to support access strategies and value communication.
  • Build strong partnerships with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Global Marketing.
  • Influence outcomes in a matrix organisation through clear communication and alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and relevant clinical stakeholders across the North region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8–10+ years of marketing experience within the medical device, MedTech, or healthcare industry, including responsibility for regional or multi-country initiatives.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and product launches in complex healthcare environments.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of UKI, Benelux and Nordics healthcare systems and reimbursement landscapes.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively across functions, countries, and geographies in a matrix organization.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data and insights into clear strategic direction.
  • Languages: Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
