Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the YOPPS annual marketing plan, supporting brand and commercial objectives
• Manage and deliver engaging social media content, including planning, copywriting, publishing and community management
• Oversee website performance and e-commerce activity (Shopify), optimising user journey and driving conversion
• Plan and execute email campaigns and build customer engagement through database growth and segmentation
• Support campaign delivery, PR, NPD launches and events, working with internal stakeholders and external agencies

Requirements

• Experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on digital, social media and website management
• Proven ability to create engaging content, including copywriting and basic design or video assets
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) and analysing performance data
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Confident communicator with experience working cross-functionally and managing external agencies
