Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day performance of assigned brands across Amazon UK and European marketplaces.
• Maintain listings, catalogue structure, variations, A+ Content and Brand Stores.
• Identify and resolve catalogue, suppression, account health, Buy Box and content issues.
• Maintain clear priorities and follow-through across multiple brands and marketplaces.
• Create and optimise titles, bullet points, descriptions and A+ Content.
• Conduct keyword, competitor and category research.
• Use customer behaviour and performance data to improve product positioning and conversion.
• Work with our creative team to improve imagery and other product content.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, organic ranking and other key performance metrics.
• Investigate the underlying reasons for changes in performance and recommend appropriate actions.

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on Amazon experience
• Strong experience using AI tools for data analysis
• Experience managing and optimising Amazon listings and catalogue content
• Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research and conversion optimisation
• Ability to analyse account performance and turn data into practical recommendations
• Good understanding of how content, pricing, PPC, organic ranking, conversion and stock availability interact
• Strong written English and the ability to produce clear, persuasive Amazon content
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple brands and competing priorities
• Proactive and commercially curious - able to identify opportunities rather than simply work through assigned tasks
• Comfortable working with data and explaining the reasoning behind your recommendations

Preferred

• Experience managing multiple Amazon brands or accounts.
• Experience across Amazon UK and European marketplaces.
• Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, Data Dive or Amazon Brand Analytics.
• Experience analysing Amazon PPC performance.
• Agency or multi-brand ecommerce experience.
• Additional European languages.
