Responsibilities

• 1. Listing Content & SEO
• - Keyword research, title and bullet copy, A+ content body text, backend search terms
• - Optimize listings for Rufus and Cosmo (Amazon AI); manage flat file bulk uploads
• - CTR and conversion rate A/B testing, indexation and keyword tracking reports
• - Phase 1–4 SEO strategy, competitor research, and keyword placement files
• 2. Creative & Image Management
• - Develop main image optimization ideas and write clear design briefs for the GD team
• - Review designer output, coordinate revisions, and upload finals to Amazon
• - Manage A+, Premium A+, and Brand Store design end-to-end
• 3. Account & Catalog Management

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience managing Amazon brand accounts in Amazon Seller Central
• Experience working at an Amazon agency or working with an Amazon agency
• Experience with Amazon listing SEO, including keyword research, listing copy, and indexation
• Excited by AI tools and automation — not intimidated by them, with experience using AI tools for ecommerce or operational workflows, including Claude AI or Google Gemini
• Experience managing client communication and updates for brand accounts, including handling client emails and Slack, preparing performance decks, and walking clients through account issues and next steps
• Comfortable coordinating a Graphic Designer's daily workload, including briefing listing images or A+ content and coordinating revisions
• Experience coordinating cross-functional Amazon workflows with PPC and creative stakeholders
• Based in Mexico, Canada, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, or Australia
• Available during Eastern Time and Central Time business hours
• Experience using ClickUp for task management is a plus.
