Responsibilities

• Campaigns — Plan and execute across paid (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), email, and organic from brief to live to optimisation. Use AI to accelerate copy variants, targeting logic, and performance iteration. Read results fast and make calls on what to scale and what to cut. Use AI to generate quick stakeholder reporting and performance insights across active campaigns.
• Content & Assets — Produce across formats — long-form, social, email sequences, landing pages, and sales enablement assets — at volume and to a high standard. Use AI to draft, design, and iterate, with the editorial judgment to know when output is ready and when it isn't. Build prompt libraries and asset workflows the wider team can use.
• Product Marketing Support — Produce positioning docs, battlecards, and enablement assets using AI research pipelines. Translate product and competitive intelligence into messaging that lands with buyers.

Requirements

• 4+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on ownership across campaigns and content
• Daily, embedded use of AI tools in a professional context — this should already be how you work
• Grit and a genuine bias for speed. You lean in when things get hard, ship without waiting for perfect conditions, and have a track record to prove it
• Highly executional, able to go from strategy to delivery without a large team behind you
• Strong editorial judgment and analytical instincts in equal measure
• Fluency with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, or similar)
• Works autonomously and doesn't need a brief to write itself

Preferred

• No-code automation experience (Zapier, Make.com)
• Experience with data enrichment tools (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo)
• Hands-on experience with Claude, Cursor, or similar AI coding/research environments
• Experience using AI design tools (Midjourney, Canva AI, Lovable, or similar)
