  • Generative AI product and workflow experience: practical experience bringing an AI product or service to market for creative or marketing teams, together with designing LLM-based and agentic workflows for real customer or business needs.
  • Professional AI evaluation experience: direct experience comparing models and evaluating their outputs against defined tasks, including creating scoring rubrics and evaluation checkpoints that enable consistent assessment by independent reviewers.
  • Fashion education and entrepreneurial experience: professional training in fashion business or fashion management, combined with hands-on experience launching and developing a fashion or accessories brand, covering creative concept, product development, manufacturing partners, positioning and sales.

  • Cross-functional product and client leadership: experience working with creative teams, engineers and business stakeholders, translating customer insights into clear briefs, product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Education and industry representation: experience delivering talks, workshops or mentoring programmes for professional audiences, building partnerships and making emerging technology understandable and useful to practitioners.
