Job Description
Responsibilities
- Facebook Ads: Launching, managing, and aggressively optimizing Facebook Ad campaigns to ensure maximum lead flow for 20–40 clients.
- The Full Client Lifecycle: Serving as the "Client Success Manager" and primary point of contact. Onboarding them, keeping them happy, and keeping them scaling.
- Strategic Oversight: Monitoring Google LSA and Google Ads performance to ensure a holistic lead-gen strategy, even if your primary focus is on Meta.
- Technical Onboarding: gaining access to Facebook, Google Ads, LSA, and Domain hosting without any issues.
- Creative Direction: Translating campaign data into briefs for our media house to ensure our authoritative ads stay fresh and high-performing.
- The ROI Proof: Leading monthly client meetings to review performance and quantifying lead quality using GoHighLevel.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Facebook Ads for lead generation.
- Preferably experience with Google Local Services Ads (LSA) and Google Ads strategy.
- Proven track record of managing a high-volume client portfolio (20+ accounts) in an agency setting.
- Preferably experience with GoHighLevel for tracking, lead quantification, and reporting.
- Full-time in-office availability at our Sugar Land, TX headquarters.
