  • The Admissions and Marketing Officer (Marketing Lead) plays a key role in raising the school’s profile to attract and retain students.
  • Leading on day-to-day marketing and communications, the postholder will create compelling, high-quality content across digital, print and school channels - bringing the school’s story to life in a way that reflects its values, identity and ambitions.
  • They will focus on two key areas: leading targeted marketing campaigns to attract new students; and delivering high-quality routine communications that strengthen relationships with parents and the wider community.
  • All communications will be engaging and aligned with both the school’s identity and the GDST brand.
  • As part of a collaborative team, they will also support the admissions function - particularly during peak periods and staff absence - helping to deliver a smooth, welcoming experience for prospective families.
