Job Summary

Own the school marketing and communications engine with a two-pronged focus: campaigns that drive new student inquiries and routine, high-quality parent/community communications, all aligned to the GDST brand.

  • Growth scope: lead cross-channel content and campaigns across digital, print, and school channels.
  • Admissions ownership: provide peak-period and absence-cover support to ensure a warm, consistent frontend experience for prospective families.
  • Brand and cadence: maintain engaging communications that reinforce the school identity and GDST standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leading on day-to-day marketing and communications, creating compelling, high-quality content across digital, print and school channels.
  • Focusing on two key areas: leading targeted marketing campaigns to attract new students; delivering high-quality routine communications that strengthen relationships with parents and the wider community.
  • Ensuring all communications are engaging and aligned with the school’s identity and the GDST brand.
  • Supporting the admissions function, particularly during peak periods and staff absence, to deliver a smooth, welcoming experience for prospective families.
  • Responsible for admissions, marketing, communications.
