Job Summary

Own the regional admissions funnel with empathy and process rigor for the Middle East, coordinating across admissions, marketing and school teams to hit enrolment targets.

  • Own the admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment for the Middle East audience.
  • Coordinate with Academic, Pastoral and Leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely communications.
  • Monitor and optimize family communications and CRM-driven workflows to improve conversion and onboarding satisfaction.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic growth of MVA across the Middle East region by nurturing and converting admissions leads.
  • Act as a key point of contact for prospective families, providing high-quality, responsive and empathetic customer service throughout the admissions journey.
  • Guide families through the enquiry, offer and enrolment process, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications and enrolments within CRM and admissions systems (e.g. Zoho, iSAMS, HubSpot or equivalent platforms).
  • Support post-enrolment retention by maintaining positive relationships with families during onboarding and early stages of enrolment.
  • Coordinate closely with academic, pastoral and leadership teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and transition.
  • Contribute regional insight into parent motivations, expectations and cultural considerations to strengthen the admissions strategy.
  • Support the day-to-day execution of regional marketing campaigns aligned with enrolment targets and the academic calendar.
  • Assist in social media content creation, including drafting captions, supporting design briefs, creating stories and monitoring engagement.
  • Monitor comments, messages and engagement metrics, escalating or responding appropriately in line with brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in admissions, marketing, communications or a related role.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build trust quickly with families.
  • Experience working with CRM or admissions systems (e.g. Zoho, iSAMS, HubSpot or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of campaign logic and enrolment conversion journeys.
  • Sensitivity to cultural nuances and family circumstances within the Middle East region.
  • Experience working within an education or edtech environment.
  • Experience supporting international school admissions.

Preferred

  • Basic understanding of content planning, brand positioning and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other light design tools.
  • Arabic language skills (advantageous but not essential).
