We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing professional consultancy looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator & Marketing Assistant to become an integral part of their team.

This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly while also getting involved in marketing, social media and company events. No two days are the same, making it a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment.

The Role

You'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the office while assisting with the company's marketing activities. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, helping to ensure everything operates efficiently while promoting the company through digital marketing and communications.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and greet visitors professionally.
  • Manage shared email inboxes and respond to enquiries.
  • Schedule meetings and organise travel arrangements.
  • Maintain company records, filing systems and databases.
  • Order office supplies and manage stock levels.
  • Assist with report preparation, document formatting and proofreading.
  • Support billing, invoicing and general data entry.

Marketing Support

  • Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Update website content, blogs and company information.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Design simple graphics, presentations and promotional materials using Canva or similar software.
  • Help organise company events, networking activities and client functions.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicating with clients and colleagues both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks and manage their workload effectively.
  • Proactive, positive and happy to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing.
  • Experienced using Canva or similar design software (desirable).

Previous experience in an office administration, office coordinator, executive assistant, marketing assistant or business support role would be highly advantageous.
